Exchange Policy:
Cancelations:
Orders are processed immediately. Please verify that your cart, shipping address, and other order details are correct before checking out. We cannot guarantee orders can be changed or cancelled if they have already been processed.
If necessary to change your order, email us at cs@trcpublication.ae as soon as possible. Orders are often processed within one business day of receipt. Make sure you have your order number ready.
Exchanges:
If you find any damage with the goods you have received or you have received different goods from what you have ordered, you can exchange them within 7 days after receiving your order.
To be eligible for exchanges,
- Exchanged items must be in unused condition with the original packaging.
Exchanges Steps
Step 1: Email to cs@trcpublication.ae to require an exchange (including the reason for the exchange)
Step 2: Waiting for the exchange confirmation with the return address from us.
Step 3: Send the products back to our warehouse.
Notes:
- Please keep any emails you receive regarding your order, as they contain important information.
- For exchanges, we’ll gladly exchange your product, including shipping and handling charges.
- Teacher Resource Centre Book Publication - L.L.C - S.P.C is not responsible for the cost of exchange shipping charges unless for damage reason or for receiving different goods from what you have ordered.
- Please do not send your order back unless you have been instructed to do so by our Customer Service Department.
